Confirmation will include a link to your client's personalised website which contains details of hotel, activity centres and any extras booked. This can then be forwarded onto them or printed out by you and sent on to the group leader.
You will need to confirm final group numbers with us 6 weeks prior to the event.
Great Escapades will invoice you for all monies minus your agents commission of 10%.
Great Escapades doesn't offer flights to and from European locations and we encourage you the travel agent to offer this to your clients as an addition.
